PICA offers Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) since the federal government first made the benefit available on January 1, 2006. PICA has been the largest and remains the PDP Sponsor with the most enrollees in its service area of Puerto Rico ever since, chosen by more Puerto Ricans than any other PDP in the Island (see note below for information supporting statement). Our plans cover over 2,500 prescription drugs each and our pharmacy network gives you the freedom to choose from more than 1,000 pharmacies in Puerto Rico and 15,000+ in the United States.
