Empress is an artisanal brewery located in Oslo, making tonics by using high-quality ingredients and the art of fermentation to brew healthy & exciting non-alcoholic beverages for the mature palette. Our first product is Kombucha, a sparkling tea infused with a yeast culture and botanicals that create a healthy elixir. We source organic and local as much as possible as well as fair-trade. Our Kombuchas pair well with food, are refreshing to drink alone and can be mixed to make exciting drinks.Empress was created by the desire to empower people with feel-good drinks and change the status quo of drinking habits, by brewing healthy & exciting non-alcoholic beverages with a mature twist, that uplift the body.
