I am delighted to introduce to you a very special project “Green Grace” that I set to redefine world class living at a competitive price. this project features, that bring you into the lap of luxury. Green Grace is now all set to achieve its next milestone in construction. We are perhaps one of the very few, if not the only one to have defied the meltdown and on our way to completion. The project completion is fixed for Dec 2010, barely 12 months away. The project has been awarded the prestigious IGBC (Green building) award one of the only two in the city. This means year after year it will conserve scarce resources and will result in savings for the residents. As a pre-requisite to the IGBC norms, we have made several innovations, which makes for a unique experience and a lifestyle statement that few can match! Using superior material that cost lot more but absorbed by us as our commitment to eco friendly living for all. Green Grace is being built by the highest standards of construction and of course, exceeding expectations. This means significant appreciation of your project in times to come, as has been witnessed in our earlier projects. Gachibowli has also been the fastest appreciating location and would continue to do so now that we are seeing some stability in the market.
