The San Miguel Program is comprised of five platforms: San Miguel Academy of Newburgh, a 5th-8th grade all boys middle school, where students develop a sense of responsibility, respect, and readiness for accessing an educational path appropriate to their talents; Afterschool and Weekend Enrichment Learning, where our students are engaged in positive learning environments allowing them to further explore their interests and develop their talents; Summer Scholars Program, an extended six-week academic program from July to August to prevent the summer slide and KEEP STUDENTS SAFE FROM SOME OF THE MOST VIOLENT STREETS IN THE NATION DURING SUMMER BREAK; Graduate Success Program, our High School and College guidance and placement support, test preparation, tutoring, mentoring, and counseling services for San Miguel Academy graduates and their families; Child and Family Services, which connects each student to our social worker and collaborative affiliations with Catholic Charities to offer preventative programming and positive reinforcement.
