We are a company whose expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, consolidating a highly fragmented sector of energy that is focused on logistics, serving customers from California to South Carolina. We have an attractive story and work environment that attracts top talent and a culture in place to retain them. We are a relatively young company, acquiring our first business in 2012. Since then we've acquired over twenty-nine businesses, with three of them in the last year.
