Exemplar Health Care provides high-quality specialist nursing care and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs arising from neuro-disability, brain injury and stroke, mental ill-health, learning disability and/or autism and complex dementia. We take a positive approach to care and rehabilitation which focuses on empowering people to be independent and enabling them to live their lives in the way that they want.
