Human Centred Movement specialises in helping people that spend large periods of time sitting, standing and living with poor posture to rediscover safe, pain free, movement and mobility. We are the experts in posture related injury prevention and resolving pain. Through a combination of movement, mobility, flexibility and strength classes we aim to prevent posture related injury and relieve everyday pain from people's lives. Our classes are designed to restore muscle tissue function, increase mobility and flexibility throughout all joints and strengthen the body to adopt a better and more natural posture. Our classes are highly educational and we aim to equip our clients with the ability to self-manage their muscles and joints for long term injury and pain prevention. We also instruct on how best to adapt your lifestyle/work space to match what we teach in the classes to ensure freedom of movement and freedom from pain.
