Since established in 1985, the portfolio has grown to its present level of over 4 ½ million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties.The existing real estate portfolio has an estimated market value in excess of $260 million with strong occupancy of 78%. To help accomplish its goals, STG maintains satellite asset management offices within all of its primary markets to better serve the client tenant base with a staff of 20. Property management and leasing are handled by STG Asset Management, Inc. – a wholly owned subsidiary of the STG Group.
