Daniel Santos' son, Al Santos, along with his wife, Barbara, and two daughters, Lisa and Jackie, run the company today. They continue the family traditions and values the company was built upon.Daniels Western Meat Packers is a full-service, USDA inspected company, equipped with an in-house meat packing plant. This gives Daniels the capability to portion any product to a customer's specifications, and react to any market fluctuation. Daniels employs multiple HACCP certified employees, and is also a distributor of many outside products and brands.
