My wife and I own 2 homes in Novato. Mark Parish was our property manager for our homes for about 5 years. Communication is a top priority for us. Compared with other property management offices, Mark met our needs best. He kept us well informed of any potential problems and concerns with our properties. His expertise and knowledge on rental properties made our lives so much easier, i.e., all changes were brought to our attention and discussed, rents were received in a timely manner and if there was a problem ahead of time, we were informed ahead of time on the cost of any work that needed to be done and he was really really good at determining what kind of work should be done to keep our properties competitive in the rental market.
