Originally formed in 2011 by founder and CEO Brad Byrd as a one stop shop for artists, the agency acted as a record label, management, and artist development company. In 2013 Byrd connected a film editor with the head of small production company in Burbank, CA and quickly realized the need for someone that understood the landscape, the creative mind, and the need for an agency to help connect creatives. Having had extensive experience as a headhunter in the IT/Tech industry in New York City Byrd quickly jumped on the opportunity that seemed to be lacking in Los Angeles. Today the firm has blossomed into a virtual one stop shop for connecting creatives with post production companies, trailer shops, studios, commercial houses, and advertising companies as their needs and demands are constantly changing and evolving and the demand for top editors, motion graphics designers, producers, writers, Creative and Art directors is constant. Byrd also saw the need for a need for better original music for film and television projects and has since infused his own musical talent along w/various top composers in LA and NYC to assist in cutting edge music scores and licenses for projects.
