We believe in providing for the security and well-being of our people and their families through an ESOP where stock is earned from the very first day of work, 401k match, paid sabbaticals and 100% paid medical. We employ a cohort model for compensation in order to foster collaboration across our employees. All employees at a certain level are paid the same so that no individual focuses on their own credit but rather the success of the collective firm.
