The Fund has returned 9.41% average annualised cash return to investors up to 30th September 2020 since its inception 2 years ago. ■ The Private Select Mortgage Fund is a contributory mortgage fund that invests in multiple first mortgage loans on select properties. The Fund issues different classes of units for each loan, allowing each loan to be separate from other loans in the Fund, quarantining the risks and returns attributable to each loan.
