Community Shares Pty Ltd was founded by Mark Rudd in March 2010. Community Shares was formed to assist small to medium size business and Not for Profits in establishing and growing their operations to achieve their strategic mission and goals. Community Shares also provides accounting and bookkeeping services, assisting startup organisations, implementing national strategies, managing the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, implementing process improvement and Company secretarial duties.
