Education/Training

Acacia Training is a specialist provider of work-based learning in the care professions, including health and social care and child care.Back in 2001 Acacia Training was founded on the principle that we wanted to deliver training differently. We started out in the care industry determined to provide courses that genuinely meet employer needs, having experienced our own skills shortages as the owner of two care homes that struggled to recruit and retain quality staff. We wanted to provide learners in an industry with a notoriously high staff turnover rate with job security, ambition, and opportunities to progress. Our approach works. Our family business has expanded and we now deliver Apprenticeships, work-based qualifications and short courses to more than 1,500 learners across the UK each year.
