We coordinate and document the entire compliant process including appraiser selection, communication, and quality control. Midwest Appraisal Management utilizes our knowledgeable and experienced staff (including Certified Residential Appraisers) to draw from our pool of appraisers and/or create a custom lender-built panel. Appraisers are selected based on criteria that focuses on the quality of the collateral assessment, rather than other factors such as being the fastest or cheapest alternative.
