Serve the City Peninsula is a nonprofit that wants to see lives, neighborhoods, and cities transformed because everyone is serving! We want to see the resources and the needs of the city and those who live there connected, through volunteer involvement that intentionally includes everyone! We want to see redeveloping communities transformed through partnerships between the police department, faith-based organizations, civic leagues, businesses and schools by building trusting relationships that bring hope and health. We do this by mobilizing volunteers to do acts of kindness for those in need.Serve the City Peninsula is a volunteer lead/run organization that is part of worldwide movement that was started in Brussels, Belgium in 2005.
