Our people development work takes a whole company and whole person view right from recruitment, through culture, language and behaviours and into sales.A mix of classroom and one to one activities with Mark Young ensures that delegates have an extraordinary chance to develop their behaviours along a more human, kind and mindful approach to work.Mark is also a practicing salesman still making cold calls every day and building new relationships for clients for new business.Having competed and won against the likes of Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey we have delivered a range of coaching and development programs for Apple, Lloyds Banking Grouo, O2, Ogilvy PR and ODEON Cinemas to name a few.
