Voices For Children CASA volunteers advocate for abused & neglected children involved in the most serious cases of maltreatment in Boulder County. Each year, CASA volunteers advocate for more than 150children through the courts and child welfare system. Voices For Children CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates)is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Mission The mission of Voices For Children CASA of Boulder County is to help abused and neglected children through the recruitment and training of volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) under the direction of the court appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL) attorneys. The advocates provide investigation, advocacy, and monitoring services, and also develop supportive relationships with the children who have been victimized. The agency is committed to the concept that every abused and/or neglected child in Boulder County is entitled to an effective voice in court and to a safe permanent home.
