She is also the Director & Entrepreneur in Residence at the Albany Medical Center Biomedical Acceleration and Commercialization Center. Chris Wessell, over the last 17 years, has consulted on recruitment processes and systems, developed solutions ranging from high volume hiring campaigns to targeted searches, and conducted hundreds of behavioral assessments. Most recently a partner in recruitment consulting firm Staffegy, he previously founded and managed technology staffing firm Pinnacle for ten years.
