Prior to that, he had spent the better part of a decade managing an offshore subsidiary in the Philippines for a large U.S. e-commerce company. Under his leadership, the Philippines subsidiary grew to over 200 employees and was instrumental in driving record growth. He learned firsthand how offshore talent in the Philippines could be a huge force multiplier for any U.S. business. Our name 50x Digital was derived from the conversion rate of 50 PHP to 1 USD at the time of our company's founding in July 2017.
