Dallas county's first Distillery of hand-crafted, small batch whiskey: Bourbon, Rye and TX Single Malt(coming soon). The distillery is located in Garland, TX and makes whiskey from the corn up. Each bottle is hand crafted, waxed, numbered and available only in Texas. The whiskey is bottled at 46%ABV and this year the bourbon was awarded the silver medal at the prestigious American Distillers Institute competition in Denver, Colorado. The process starts with the best grains possible. The grains are AAA rated from the Texas Panhandle. The grains are then ground in our state-of-the-art roller mill. Our mash is fermented in hand made, open top, cypress tanks. We have revitalized centuries old techniques using swamp cypress fermentation tanks as well as custom, hand crafted copper pot stills. The newly distilled bourbon from our copper pot still is then patiently aged in new charred American White Oak Barrels. These barrels along with the Texas climate give Herman Marshall it's award winning nose, pallet and finish.
