Martha Cobo Sports Performance, based at LPGA International Golf Club and The Florida Tennis Center, is a team of professionals with more than 18 years experience specializing in performance enhancement for sports. We educate and train athletes to achieve their highest potential not only as players but as people as well. In order to achieve this, our Mental Conditioning program takes the same approach as the physical and technical training. Too often people view mental conditioning as "not for me" or something that is only done once. The great players, and the players who truly want to improve, know that mental conditioning is an ongoing process.Our program is designed to train athletes to use their thoughts and emotions in a positive manner to assist them in achieving their goals. It is through our program that we help teach mental discipline, enhance performance, improve confidence, and pro-actively address problem areas. This is accomplished by providing the necessary tools that they will need to cope with the pressures encountered during competition. Effective integration of our program, with their technical instruction, will allow the athletes not only to see the benefits in competition, but also in life as well.Recognized by CNN and Sports Illustrated for her contributions to sports psychology, Martha has gone on to coach numerous Professional, Amateur and Junior athletes in the pursuit of their dreams. Her clients have won on numerous tours worldwide, including multiple PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, and Ladies European Tour to name just a few. Martha offers consultation services on an hourly basis with discount packages available.
