MH Services Conseil provides public administrations in Africa and elsewhere in the world with cutting-edge expertise in tax policy, PFM, and management of international development projects.Formerly an advisor to Canada's Minister of Finance, Martin Houle puts more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian Public Administration -including 11 years in a ministry of Finance- at the service of its clients. His expertise resides especially in tax policy reforms (see below for a complete list of his technical expertise).As a chief of party, technical expert or trainer, Martin has carried out fifteen missions in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Algeria, DRC and Tanzania. He provided several training sessions to public administration senior executives in Africa and Canada. After a game-changing experience in the private sector, where he was senior director for an international consulting firm, he started his own business in 2019: MH Services Conseil.
