HÄSSLERS specialises in manual production of all bookbinding products imaginable in series. Coated covers, rigid boxes, folders and book covers are our domain. We regularly work on jobs involving just several hundred items. Our head office is located in Sweden and production facility in Czech Republic. We produce covered boxes of various designs, including boxes with lids, boxes with rims, boxes in folders with or without magnets, and much more. We even welcome the challenge posed by specially shaped boxes and star-shaped or round boxes. We also produce covered files, binders and folders for documents. Any type of bookbinding imaginable is right up to our alley. We produce V8 and V2 binds, we can stitch pads with open binding, using thread in the spine, Japanese style binding or screws. We frequently address client requests for comprehensive product solution including cardboard or foam inserts.We use bookbinding cardboard, coloured paper such as Colorplan or Wibalin, printed paper and lamination, as requested. We use bookbinding cloth and PVC materials as standard. We can also work with leather.
