We are a family run business based in Chepstow, formerly of Magor.Martin previously worked For Fujitsu Siemens computers firstly on the warranty desk, diagnosing computers over the telephone and either fixing the issue with customers or getting an engineer out to change the relevant part. He then joined the second line team and took over the training of the warranty desk staff, and took responsibility for all issues which could not be easily fixed in all ranges of Home PC?s, Laptops, Business PC?s, tablets and PDAs. Martin is a certified PC, PDA and laptop engineer and also holds Microsoft Accreditation.Andrew provides engineering experience from working for the PC world helpdesk and the Boots in store network. He has also ran his own computer shop successfully in the East Midlands.Our wealth of knowledge regarding all things I.T is vast and has seen so very many changes through out the years but one thing remains constant, the price for the professionals to maintain your systems in house. This is an expense that companies just don't need to have anymore which is where we come in, you get all the professional knowledge and onsite support as and when you need it instead of having it there just in case.
