Since 1993 RENOMAG spol s r.o. has been supplying spare parts and additional equipment for construction, mining, mining equipment and other industrial applications. We specialize primarily in technical solutions that extend the lifetime of the working parts of machinery exposed to wear and tear when working in abrasive environments.Our priority in our work is to ensure the best possible product quality, reduce costs and be constantly innovative. Our production processes use the very latest technology and proven, high-quality materials. We own a CNC cutting machine for precise cutting of material and a 700-tonne Beyeler CNC press brake, which is even capable of bending hard abrasion-resistant sheet metal. Our welding workplaces are equipped with powerful automatic machinery as well as modern suction and filtration equipment to protect workers‘ health and the environment. We are able to perform precision coaxial machining using a TOS FFQ 100 CNC machining centre. We do all of our design work using the latest 3D software with the option to check the correct product kinematics to ensure optimal functionality on the machines for which they are intended, and also to check the strength of our products.Technical preparation, production planning and management using our information system and the use of the aforementioned technologies helps us to improve the quality of our products. Our company has been awarded the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 certificate. We are also proud to hold the Hardox ln My Body™ certificate, which confirms that the material used in our products, processed in accordance with the manufacturer's technical and quality standards, guarantees unmatched performance, durability, and operating cost savings for users.
