Victum has been established in 2000 and started to work with partners on the ground of partnership and professionalism. Since Victum established we put the emphasis on creating new, innovative and applicable methods and solutions instead of well-known, boring role plays and presentations. Our method focuses on quick, effective application of the learnt materials and helps to be introduced them in the daily practice of participants.Victum refreshed the well-known training tools (presentation, small group sessions) with unique methods, such as psychodrama and out door elements to try out new ways of learning, team building besides problem solving. Victum uses video recording in several training topics and analyze the recorded performance in order to provide immediate and applicable tools for participants to leave the training room satisfied.
