I am passionate about wellness, taking the toxic out of life and getting back to health: in our body, mind, spirit, relationships, and community. For me, wellness is letting go of fear, changing behaviours that block us from achieving our life's goals, detaching from stress, establishing healthy eating, emotional balance, and exercise regimes; and rekindling a sense of play and creativity. Becoming the essential you; embracing life, its beauty and potential. Do you ever look in the mirror and don't recognize yourself anymore? You want to regain control over your mental, physical, and emotional health, but you're not sure how to shed your fears, climb out of your rut and step into the unknown. But staying still isn't working anymore either.
