It is our Care Managers, nurses and caregivers that set us apart from our competitors. We develop a close relationship with the clients that we serve. We strive to be an extension of you when you can't be there with your loved one.Our Registered Nurses have earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree (BSN) and have extensive backgrounds in a wide variety of clinical settings. They come with a great deal of insight and knowledge in extending care to our seniors. They provide a careful assessment of the individual's needs, engage in the selection of qualified, trustworthy and compassionate caregivers and monitor on-going care for our clients.Our Care Management is provided by Aging Life Care Professionals who are health and human service specialists and may be trained in a number of fields including; gerontology, social work, psychology, and aging or elder care. Our Aging Life Care Professionals conduct a care plan assessment in your home and formulate a care plan specific for each client. We will help to institute residence care, review financial, legal and medical issues and make appointments and referrals when necessary. We act as a liaison between our clients and medical providers and seek to educate our clients and their families.Independent You is dedicated to helping seniors and their families and hopefully in the process, enriching their lives.
