 Audit and accounting, tax services, business valuations and management advisory services constitute most of our business. We are frequently involved with estate planning and wealth transfer matters. Included in our planning are valuation services for fractional and minority interests, in accordance with the American Institute for Certified Public Accountant's Statement on Standards for Valuation Service No. 1.
