Southern Foods in an independently owned, full-line foodservice distributor based in Bowling Green, Kentucky and a member of an integrated nationwide distribution system that includes a cooperative purchasing program (UniPro Foodservice).Examples of our customers are restaurants, healthcare facilities, convenience stores, and hotels. We have over 6,500 products that include fresh, dry, frozen, and refrigerated grocery products, cleaning supplies, paper goods, equipment, and tabletop and kitchen utensils. We not only sell and deliver these products, we provide resources to our customers. For example, we have a trained culinary chef, a dietician, and merchandising specialists that can offer menu and presentation suggestions to customers. We service the equipment that we sell. We perform chemical tests so that your cleaning needs are met. We offer inventory control suggestions and food safety training.
