MissionveTcave's mission is to help Veterans struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) re-integrate into family and social life. Our undertaking involves:- Raising public awareness about Veteran PTSD.- Developing a network of organizations focused on assisting Veterans.Involving the community in giving back to those that gave.- Assisting Veterans diagnosed with PTSD in becoming self-reliant by pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors. ObjectivesOur efforts to accomplish the Mission involve:- Help minimize the impact of PTSD by building a veTcave, a retreat / safe-place, for Veterans to re-group before then reintegrating back into the family.- Provide the necessary training, opportunities, tools and space for veterans to achieve independence by, utilizing the veTcave for self-employment enterprises.- Raise awareness of Veteran PTSD through a reality TV series documenting the trials such Veterans and their families face, and how the veTcave Project ventures assist in overcoming these challenges.
