You'll have access to your Care Team via office visit, phone, email or video chat. Members also have access to an expansive nationwide network of leading hospitals, specialists and other clinics. Harken Health has 10 Care Centers in the Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL metro markets, with plans to expand to more communities soon.
