Through training and a culture change programme, we're here to help you learn from Generation Z about how to ensure people of all identities know they are included when they work for you. We want to keep understanding the way the different aspects of our identity work together to create our experience of work. 3. Doing the work. We have learnt from leading thinkers on anti-bias and inclusion. We always credit our sources, and actively seek to encourage everyone we work with to financially support these sources.
