The Greater San Marcos Partnership (GSMP) is the lead regional economic development organization representing the City of San Marcos, Hays and Caldwell Counties, and the communities within the two county footprint. GSMP's mission is to be a force for positive economic change by attracting and growing quality jobs and investment.
