The parent company in Italy, the Senfter Holding company, has got more than 160 years of heritage in the art of making cured traditional Italian Salumi meats. The fifth-generation family member Helmuth Senfter moved to China in 1995 to locally produce contemporary Salumi. He has chosen China as his second homeland, building there his new family, his venture, his dream. It is our purpose to be small and pioneers of an uncompromising quality.
