Frame by Frame media is a full service MultiMedia Production company capable of Bringing your every vision to an on screen reality. Incorporated back in Michigan in 1989 Frame by Frame started out as a partnership between two high school friends who wanted to inform and entertain audiences around the world. Starting off doing public access shows the company eventually started recording wedding videos, the industrial videos and eventually commercials. After both friends choose to go their separate ways after college Robb Shelton kept the Frame by Frame name and moved to Los Angeles where it survives as a Full service production company ready to meet all your needs. At the heart of Frame by Frame we want to help not only the large corporations obtain their goals but also the little guy who just has a dream.
