UB Esports is an umbrella for gaming communities to blossom under. Students interested in meeting new people, honing their skills in a competitive setting, or merely finding friends to play with are invited to partake in a variety of organized activities and events, including: game nights, competitive recruitment drives, coaching opportunities, watch parties, tournaments, and much more! Students may contact our organization to join events for a particular game, or start a new one if no community exists! Members who prove their skills can join teams to compete in intercollegiate events. Our university already has a storied history of high level competition in a variety of esports titles; the growth and development of our teams, players, and volunteers is paramount to this organization's success, both in-game and in the classroom. As UB Esports grows, the support of fans and the performance of our players will pave the path forward for video games as a form of entertainment, aiding future generations of students to come!
