Barclay Products can trace its history back to 1933 when it was Sterline Showers Company. Its primary products were Converto showers that enabled consumers with clawfoot​ tubs to take showers, as well as soaking baths. In 1974 the company was transformed into an innovative decorative bath supplier with elegant designer products from around the world joining their domestic portfolio. To reflect their new direction, Sterline Showers became Barclay Products Limited in 1982.Since the 1980s, the Barclay management team has focused on securing quality products and concepts from around the world that fit into the lifestyles of North American consumers.
