Upside Projects is a small UK based consultancy company, developer and venture builder. We believe in investing in people to enable them to do amazing things whilst working with organisations to really change things. The Upside Ecosystem is made up of 3 pillars: Upside Projects is a consultancy business providing services to clients to support them in delivering the change required to adapt to the coming digital economy. We have a specific spike in public service delivery (so working either with Government or for organisations working with Government). Our service offer is based on capturing a user need, taking that through to service implementation, and the understanding of the change required in an organisation to adapt around that need. This is underpinned by our abilities to develop digital experiences, enable emerging technology, and deliver complex programmes. Upside Digital (but more than just ‘digital’) is targeted to launch later in 2019 and will be the technology development capability required to support building solutions for clients as well as developer teams required to launch our own ventures. Upside Ventures is a portfolio of new ventures launched by Upside employees. We are launching our first venture currently that is going to test our ability to build exceptional founding teams, launch leading concepts and specifically challenge our ability to let go of one of our own creations. What does this mean in practice for you as an employee of Upside? If you want to launch your own venture we will invest in your development over a number of years to get you ready for this leap. We believe in developing you as an individual and creating the ecosystem around you to help you succeed. During your ‘development years’ you are given the exposure and experiences you need to improve the chances of your, and your concept’s, success. As an added bonus we will also fund the initial phase of its development.
