I-66 Express Mobility Partners is improving quality of life for people who live, work and travel in Northern Virginia. We are transforming Interstate 66 from I-495 to Gainesville to move more people and improve travel times. Under a 50 year contract with the Commonwealth of Virginia, we are designing and rebuilding 22.5 miles of highway which will feature two Express Lanes, three general purpose lanes, redesigned interchanges and 4000 park and ride spaces. The transformation will be completed in late 2022. I-66 Express Mobility Partners will operate and maintain the Express Lanes.I-66 Express Mobility Partners is a consortium of leading global infrastructure companies, including Cintra, Meridiam, John Laing PLC and APG.The design-build contractor is FAM Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Agroman US and Allan Myers VA.
