In 2019, two friends were tired of drinking stale, cheap beer at USC events. They realized there had to be a way to bring fresh, craft beer to students at a good price. Soon after, 28th Street Brewery was born in order to serve premium beers and expand the craft beer movement at USC. Since our beginnings as homebrewers just figuring out the basics, we have evolved into brewing our signature Golden Ale and Saguaro Sapper IPA on a large scale and experimenting with unique styles in our small-batch experimental brewery.
