Hospice is traditionally an option for people whose life expectancy is six months or less and involves palliative care (pain and symptom relief), rather than ongoing curative measures, enabling you to live your last days to the fullest, with purpose, dignity, grace, and support.Hospice care focuses on all aspects of a patient's life and well-being: physical, social, emotional, and spiritual. Our goal is to not just be a provider of services but to be a provider of "transformational care" in a time of need. Hospice is 100% covered by Medicare Part A, and by most private insurances. Services can be provided in the home, nursing facility or assisted living.Seeking hospice and palliative care isn't about giving up hope or hastening death, but rather a way to get the most appropriate care in the last phase of life.
