After over 20 years of training in these various lineages, he realized that while each of these systems was complete alone, they also had something important and profound to offer the others. The practices become stronger, more potent, and more interesting when fused.Yoga and the Taoist Arts (Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Taoist Yoga, and Meditation)Are two ancient systems of mastery. Both call upon the breath and intention, stillness and motion, and both are rooted in the Healing wisdom of a "mind-body-spirit" connection.Students can take very unique classes in Qi Gong, Martial Arts, Internal Arts and Yoga. Matthew teaches group classes and private sessions at his Center. Matthew also leadis Yoga Teacher Trainings and Workshops Internationally. His is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher.
