Founded by two dedicated IT professionals with a combined experience of over 25 years working with business computer systems and network security devices. After doing contracts for select businesses for several years we decided to offer our services to any business in need of remote network administration. As the name implies our work is done almost exclusively via remote access allowing us the freedom to perform services off-peak hours (when you'd experience the least interruption, if any, in your day-to-day.) Matt, a Network Security Engineer, and Maxx, a Network Administrator, have been working together on maintaining network systems and solving computer related issues for years. Staying current with advancements in computing can be a full time job in itself. We offer services that gives you the peace of mind you'd expect if you had a full time IT professional at a fraction of the cost. We will perform regular updates and cleanups to keep your technology current and functioning. We can offer consulting on keeping your computer systems current and secure. Most importantly we make sure your information is backed up regularly and always protected. All of our services are performed remotely and off-peak hours to minimize network and service downtime.
