Improving software delivery thru Agile/Lean/Scrum/XP/Lean transformations.Support clients throughout all phases of their transformational journey employing Agile and Lean Methodologies. Work with clients to identify opportunities of improvement in both the business and technical areas, often assisting building a bridge between the two entities to enable the creation of quality software that aligns with the strategic vision of the company and delivering maximum business value under today's demanding response times. Collaborate with the team/teams to build or maintain company culture where innovation and intellectual challenge, teamwork and high employee morale are paramount. The only measure of performance is the client's success. • Consult Executive, Senior-Level and Start-up Management when exploring opportunities employing Agile and Lean Methodologies within their company or between interfacing companies. • Serve as an Agile Coach at an Executive, Division and Team Level supporting learning and understanding of the transformation and the associated opportunities. • Perform Health Assessments and collaborate with the teams to identify areas of focus or opportunity. • Serve as a mentor to other Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Agile Team Members supporting their efforts. • Develop and facilitate Agile (SCRUM) Training at all levels in an organization.
