Based in the Kansas City Metro Area, RETROCHEM Inc specializes in repair, restoration & preservation of architectural hard surfaces in commercial buildings. We have three primary divisions of service:RETROPROS (Repair, Restoration & Preservation)RETROPROS is our specialty services division which offers repair and refinish of architectural hard surfaces for both historic and contemporary renovation projects. Examples include floors, walls, fixtures, windows, columns and ornamental surfaces found in office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels and other commercial facilities. Although we are based in Kansas City, we have completed many projects throughout the US and in 2018 initiated expansion into other markets through acquisition and Service Partner alliances. This expansion positions us to provide more cost effective solutions in key markets outside of Kansas City and better serve our National Account Clients.RETROCARE (Specialized Periodic Maintenance)Even with the best of janitorial services, newly restored surfaces do eventually degrade in appearance. RETROCARE is our specialized periodic maintenance division which offers programs that help our clients protect their restoration investment by providing routine cleaning & touch-up as necessary to keep hard surfaces looking their best. RETROCARE is offered to all of our clients who have utilized RETROPROS to repair and refinish their architectural hard surfaces.RETROSHINE (Education & Product Distribution)We are firm believers in creating sustainable surfaces that help save our environment while also saving our clients money. This is accomplished with proprietary products, systems and application techniques developed by RETROCHEM, that require far less maintenance or reapplication than traditional solutions. Our RETROSHINE Division supports our RETROPROS operations and Service Partners throughout the US with product distribution and continued education.
