Matthew Ramaley's Company Details
Established in 1978, Rawson Group has helped people make their dream homes a reality, taking pride in our beautiful designs and quality build. From humble beginnings in Country NSW, we have grown to be one of the largest and most trusted builders and land developers in NSW & ACT. In 2016 the Rawson Group was acquired by Daiwa House, Japan’s largest residential builder and developer, underpinning the business's future and scalability with their $65 billion AA-rated balance sheet. We are incredibly proud to hold the Homeowners Warranty lowest building risk rating, which is the lowest in our industry. This not only reflects the quality of our construction, but also the ongoing viability of our business. This combination gives buyers and partner developers absolute confidence in what we deliver.
