Joseph Heler Cheese has established itself as one of the UK's most respected producers of British cheese. The company was founded in 1957 and is based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Joseph Heler produces over 40 different varieties of traditional British cheese, each with their own special recipes and characteristics.
